Terms and conditions
- The #SaluteHerShakti 2024 contest is open to the residents of India only.
- The contest is open to men too provided they share a story of a woman they know personally. It should be noted, that if any man wins the contest, the woman who they have spoken about would be a part of the virtual interaction.
- The contest starts on 8th March 2024 and ends on 20th March 2024 at 8:00 PM.
- The -3- lucky winners of the contest will stand a chance to have a virtual interaction with P V Sindhu and Shafali Verma.
- The shortlisted contestants will be contacted via a Direct Message (DM) for their contact information.
- The Contestant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/ her identity; contact details, age and such other information as may be required.
- Being shortlisted does not guarantee you being the winner.
- Winners will be picked randomly and at the sole discretion of Bank of Baroda.
- Only shortlisted contestants who confirm their availability for the interaction with any of the endorsers of Bank of Baroda would be eligible to win the contest.
- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook / Instagram / Twitter/ LinkedIn. It is for engagement purposes only.
- To submit your entries, the participants are required to share their story in the comments section of the contest post and mention #SaluteHerShakti.
- Using slang (jargon), sharing vulgar / obscene content would result in disqualification from the contest.
- Employees/ associates of Bank of Baroda cannot participate in this contest.
- Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules which shall be final in all respect.
- Bank of Baroda reserves the right to disqualify any of the contestants if found violating any rules without any further notice and the decision shall be final.
- Bank of Baroda reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Bank of Baroda’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest.
- Bank of Baroda reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to use the contest entries and the user’s publicly available social media profile details for promotional purposes. Bank of Baroda also reserves the right to use the winners’ interaction with P V Sindhu and Shafali Verma for its promotional purposes.
- In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Bank of Baroda shall be final.
- Following Bank of Baroda’s official social media profiles is not mandatory to participate in the contest.
