  • Minimum Quarterly Average Balance of less than ₹ 10 Lakhs in savings account and/or current account of Individual customer only (Primary Customer ID ) BUT combined Quarterly Average Balance of Fixed deposit and savings account and/or current account of Individual customer only (Primary Customer ID) is more than ₹ 10 Lakhs in the preceding Quarter.

Terms And Conditions
    • To be eligible for classification under RISE category , Customer to maintain minimum Quarterly Average Balance of less than ₹ 10 Lakhs in  savings account and/or current account of Individual customer only (Primary Customer ID ) BUT combined Quarterly Average Balance of Fixed deposit and savings account and/or current account of Individual customer only (Primary Customer ID) is more than ₹ 10 Lakhs in the preceding Quarter.
    • To upgrade to SHINE category maintain minimum Quarterly Average Balance of ₹ 10 Lakhs and above but below ₹ 20 Lakhs in savings account and/or current account of Individual customer only (Primary Customer ID ) in the preceding Quarter.
    • To upgrade to SPARKLE category maintain minimum Quarterly Average Balance of ₹ 20 Lakhs and above but below ₹ 30 Lakhs in savings account and/or current account of Individual customer only (Primary Customer ID ) in the preceding Quarter
    • Quarterly average Balance will be calculated on the basis of quarter ending March, June, September and December for assessing the category and the benefit will be offered accordingly.
    • Bank at its discretion, reserves the right to modify and /or discontinue any or all of the listed benefits at any time without giving any notice.
