When I visited branch at evening 5.00 pm. I have query to ask the staff, but security person not allowed me, at same time another customer came he allowed to him. If a person is know they are allowing. They showing partially and taking commissions. I requesting bank component authority to action on these type of doing. People will loose interests on bank.

Before going to bank. Like others, I also went through review. After reading review of the people I afraid to visit the bank . But coz of blocked ATM card and freeze of online Banking today I went to the bank . To my surprise the staff and their system is very good..they resolve all my problems in one day. Lift should be provided for senior citizens as the bank is on first floor. Passbook printing machine is very slow. Locker facility is available here. Staff are very slow due to heavy rush in the branch. Parking is also a very big problem as the branch is situated in Dewan dewdi market. ATM inside the branch is non functional many times. Bank branch is full of pathergatti business people.
